Job Description:
As a BCBA, you'll have the support, structure, and flexibility needed to do high-quality work long term.
Lead functional behavior assessments and treatment planning as a BCBA
Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCBA
Develop engaging, play-based programming using NET
Supervise and mentor RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards as a BCBA
Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
Track progress through data and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes
Qualifications:
BCBA certification
Maryland licensure or eligibility for a BCBA
Master's degree in a related field
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills expected of a BCBA
