We'reseeking an experienced Lease Operator to support daily field operations and production optimization.

Responsibilities
- Operate andmonitorwells, tanks, pumps, and production equipment
- Perform daily inspections to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues independently
- Measure production volumes and recommend optimization improvements
- Completeaccuratedaily production and equipment reports
- Prepare oil tanks for sale and coordinate oil and water hauling
- Ensure compliance with OCC, BIA, BLM, OSHA, and OK DEQ requirements
- Participate in route reviews and collaborate with Foremen and Engineering
- Maintain positive landowner and community relationships
- Provide coverage for Foremen andassistwith training entry-level Operators as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GEDrequired
- Process Tech or Maintenance Tech degree preferred
- Previousoil & gas field experience preferred
- Knowledge of various well types and production equipment
- Strong safety mindset; comfortable working independently
- Reliable, driven, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Work Environment
- Outdoor field work in all weather conditions
- Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.
- Exposure to hazardous equipment and H2S environments
- Working independently more than 80% of the time
