Property Manager / Caretaker / Maintenance
Pay: $26 - $30 per hour
Benefits: medical, dental, 401k
Schedule: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on individual to assist with the daily operations of our apartment community. This combined role includes property management, resident relations, caretaking, and maintenance responsibilities.
Duties include showing available apartments, responding to resident questions and concerns, completing administrative tasks, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, monitoring the property, completing maintenance work orders, coordinating vendor access, and conducting turnovers and inspections.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-service focused, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks throughout the day. Previous property management, caretaking, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates are required to pass a thorough background check.
