Description:
Streamline Glass, a privately-owned glass manufacturer, is looking for a Production Operator to support the Production team. In this role, you will work across multiple workstations, including glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-oriented, and familiar with CNC machinery or has an aptitude to learn. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on team player with excellent technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist at production stations where needed
- Operate and monitor production equipment and automated machinery
- Maintain production flow while meeting quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
- Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products
- Assist with other production duties as needed

Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and use a tape measurer
- Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, stooping, and handling of materials
- Experience with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
