ProCare Therapy is partnering with a welcoming school district in Exton, Pennsylvania to hire a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for the upcoming school year. This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands-on support to students in a classroom setting.

PCA Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass a background check
This is a W-2 contracted position
Job Details:
Full-time position
Caseload details will be shared during the interview process
Provide individualized, one-on-one support to students
Assist with daily living tasks such as hygiene, feeding, and mobility
Support behavioral and instructional goals under teacher guidance
Hourly pay rate: $25+/hr
