Springfield Suites Rehab and Nursing Center is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with residents focused on improving mobility, safety, and daily function.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out therapy programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, balance activities, strengthening exercises, and transfers
• Observe resident response during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the PT
• Encourage participation and support achievement of therapy goals
• Complete accurate treatment documentation and progress notes
