Store Manager Job Summary As the Store Manager at Hot Spot Cell, you’ll run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless store. This is a hands-on manager position where you will be managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance.

What You’ll Do- Hire, train, coach, and retain top retail talent
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Drive individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed monthly goals
- Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and recognition
- Coach team members on consultative selling and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For- 1–3+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred)
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals
- Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
