Roche Brothers is excited to announce an opening for a Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This position, based in the Mont Alto, PA area, is ideal for individuals with experience or eager to learn. As a Construction Laborer with Roche Brothers, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-quality construction projects and work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to excellence in the industry. This is a Full-Time position and requires your presence on-site, as it is not a remote job opportunity.
Salary Range: $18 - $21 hour
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor on commercial retaining wall construction projects.
- Assist with wall stacking, backfilling, and material placement.
- Prepare and level footing stone for installations.
- Cut blocks, caps, drainage pipe, and geosynthetic materials as needed.
- Install drainage systems according to project specifications.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
- Follow directions from Foremen and Assistant Foremen.
- Work safely while following company safety policies and procedures.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Construction experience is preferred but not requiredwe will train motivated individuals.
- Experience using hand tools; willingness to learn power tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious and dependable.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
