Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our shipping and receiving operations in Troy, MI. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all inbound and outbound industrial parts. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare, package, and palletize outgoing orders
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry using an ERP system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
