In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and voice assisting customers with toll account issues, payment processing, and general inquiries. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love working with people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as thefront-line representativeat toll facility offices, providing outstanding in-person customer service
  • Handleinbound phone callsand walk-up inquiries regarding toll balances, account discrepancies, and payment options
  • Process payments usingsecure, computerized systems
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overallcustomer experience
  • Performend-of-day depositsand generate balancing reports
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all operational procedures
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and attendance requirements

  • Experience withnon-cash payment processingsystems
