Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist Team Member to support our office operations and help maintain smooth communication. This role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams, while providing a pathway to develop professional skills and earn Property & Casualty licenses.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Take detailed messages and forward them appropriately
- Transfer calls to the correct team members
- Monitor office texts, reassign tasks, and notify responsible team members
- Greet walk-in visitors warmly and professionally
- Check and manage office voicemail messages
- Process customer payments accurately
- Run bank deposits as required
- Support training activities for team members
