COMPANY INFORMATION
ITC Services is an employee-owned company that supports agriculture through hands-on, outdoor work.
We help farmers protect their hay and silage by installing and maintaining coverings. This work helps keep feed in good condition and reduces losses. What we do supports farms, businesses, and communities every day.
ITC Services is part of the Inland ESOP Family of Companies. That means you are an employee-owner, not just a worker. When the company succeeds, employees share in that success. Ownership shows in how we treat each other, how we work with customers, and how we take pride in doing the job right.
The work can be demanding. Many roles include long days, changing schedules, and working outside in hot, cold, windy, or unpredictable weather. Busy seasons move fast and require focus, effort, and teamwork. This is physical work, and it is not always easy, but it is honest work that matters. Our crews help protect agricultural crops that represent months of hard work and major investment for our customers.

This position offers a competitive hourly base wage, overtime during high-volume months, and additional earning potential through a team-based piece rate system.
How Pay Works
- You earn a competitive hourly base rate, plus overtime pay when applicable.
- Certain tasks (such as covering stacks or silage piles) are paid by piece rate, based on dollars per square and linear foot.
- Each task has a specific dollar amount associated with it.
- Total earnings on a task are split evenly among the team that completes the work.
- At the end of the pay period, you are paid whichever is greater: your hourly earnings or your piece-rate earnings -- guaranteed.
This means there’s no downside to piece rate, only upside.
Earning Potential
- Piece rate gives motivated teams the opportunity to increase their effective hourly wage.
- Team piece-rate earnings typically increase earnings by 25–35% overall during high-production periods.
- During peak months, expect significant overtime opportunities.
