Elliott Aviation is seeking an experienced Aviation Recruiter to support hiring efforts across maintenance, avionics, operations, leadership, sales, and corporate functions.

This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the future of our workforce by helping attract and hire the skilled professionals who support one of the most respected names in business aviation. As a trusted talent acquisition partner, you will build relationships across the organization, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence expected approximately one week per month, along with occasional travel to recruiting events and Elliott Aviation locations as business needs require.

What Would You Do as an Aviation Recruiter?

As an Aviation Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic talent partner responsible for full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of positions throughout the organization. You will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across maintenance, avionics, operations, sales, leadership, and support functions.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract skilled aviation professionals and corporate talent.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term organizational success.
  • Facilitate hiring team alignment, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical aviation positions, including maintenance technicians, avionics technicians, interiors professionals, operations personnel, and leadership roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent Elliott Aviation at career fairs, aviation conferences, technical schools, recruiting events, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding initiatives and recruiting outreach efforts.
  • Optimize sourcing methods and recruiting processes to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting metrics.
  • Travel up to 15% in support of recruiting initiatives and business needs.

You are comfortable managing multiple openings simultaneously, partnering with leaders across the organization, and developing creative sourcing strategies to find highly skilled professionals in a competitive market.

Most importantly, you have a proven track record recruiting aviation talent and understand the skills, qualifications, and workforce challenges associated with aviation maintenance, avionics, operations, and related technical disciplines.

Top Candidates Will Possess:

  • Demonstrated aviation recruiting experience, including sourcing and hiring aviation maintenance, avionics, technical, operational, or related aviation positions.
  • Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success recruiting skilled trades, technical professionals, and hard-to-fill talent.
  • Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, aviation associations, recruiting events, and other proactive sourcing channels.
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple locations preferred.
  • Familiarity with compensation strategies for skilled trades and technical positions preferred.
