Shape precision, protect patients, and keep production humming
Picture your day: you walk the production floor, control plan in hand, moving from press to assembly cell. You spot-check molded and assembled parts, catching subtle defects before they become scrap. With calipers, micrometers, and vision systems, you complete visual, dimensional, and functional checks, then log your findings into our statistical tracking system. You print labels for daily production retains/tailgates, help triage any nonconformances with the Supervisor/Lead, and, when needed, oversee rework in the hold area and perform final inspections on reworked product. Throughout, you keep the QA lab tidy, instruments ready, and documentation airtight.

- Supervise rework of nonconforming material in the hold area; complete final inspection on reworked product when instructed.
- Maintain clean, organized quality areas and keep Quality Control equipment in good order.
