Applications Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual to provide technical support, product assembly, sales, and customer training.

The role involves working with high-end Micro Milling systems used for PCB repair across military, aerospace, and consumer industries. You will also work with high-end Surface Mount Rework & Repair Systems for various PCB electronic assemblies alongside the milling applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering to provide solutions for customer applications, including designing specialized customer application devices.
• Communicate directly with customers and vendors to develop project solutions for new and existing machines.
• Travel to customer locations throughout North America approximately 50% of the time to install equipment and provide onsite training.
• Provide in-house equipment demonstrations, training, and videos showcasing equipment and application solutions.
• Perform other tasks and duties as required.
