Position Summary
The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate supports daily warehouse operations across inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, and inventory management. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, processing, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Pay Rate: $17.50-21.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts available!
Shift options include 4 days of 10 hours shifts and 5 days of 8 hour shifts
Position Responsibilities:
- Receives, unloads, and processes incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting materials for accuracy and damage.
- Picks, packs, labels, and prepares customer orders for outgoing shipment according to established procedures.
- Loads, unloads, sorts, and stages products for storage, fulfillment, and distribution.
- Organizes, replenishes, and maintains inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Performs inventory counts, cycle counts, and product audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identifies and reports inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and shipment issues.
- Operates warehouse equipment, material-handling tools, and scanning devices as assigned.
- Uses warehouse management systems, computers, and handheld scanners to process transactions and track inventory.
- Maintains clean, organized, and safe work areas while following established warehouse procedures.
- Meets daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations while working independently or as part of a team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, including lifting, carrying, and moving warehouse materials as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process orders and inventory.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience is a plus for Operator positions.
