Salary Rate: $100,000 - $120,000
We are seeking a CIPP Manager, leading cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining for municipal sewer and stormwater infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for overseeing crews, equipment, project execution, safety compliance, and client satisfaction while ensuring high-quality trenchless rehabilitation services are delivered on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily CIPP lining and CCTV inspection operations.
- Plan and coordinate field personnel, equipment, materials, and project schedules.
- Oversee pre- and post-installation CCTV inspections and quality control processes.
- Ensure all rehabilitation work meets contract specifications, industry standards, and customer expectations.
- Monitor project performance, productivity, budgets, and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, environmental, and confined space regulations while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop field supervisors, camera operators, installers, and technicians.
- Support estimating, project planning, and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CIPP rehabilitation, trenchless construction, underground utilities, or related infrastructure services.
- Proven leadership experience managing crews and field operations.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV pipeline inspection, pipe cleaning, trenchless rehabilitation, and CIPP installation methods.
- Experience working with municipal sewer and stormwater systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, utility maps, and project specifications.
- Knowledge of hydrovac excavation, utility locating, and underground utility construction is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
