Position Overview

Sam’s Ristorante is seeking a dependable Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has some professional cooking experience, takes pride in preparing quality food, and can work efficiently in a restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to restaurant standards.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized workstation.
• Handle food safely and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Monitor cooking times and ensure consistent food quality.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Follow established recipes and food preparation procedures.

Qualifications

• Some professional cooking experience required.
• Previous pizza-making experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.

Compensation

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Part-time position.
