Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Manufacturing General Laborers . This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to efficient production processes while adhering to safety standards and quality protocols.
Duties
Assist with the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment, including power tools and measuring instruments
Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and material movement across the production floor
Support assembly line operations by assembling components according to technical drawings and work instructions
Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues and ensure smooth workflow
Interpret production documents, including work orders and process sheets, to meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocol adherence and safety standards in production
Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing safety
Experience
Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
Familiarity with measuring instruments, technical drawings, and interpreting production documents is advantageous
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and managing production or assembly teams is beneficial
Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques are highly valued
Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and managing materials efficiently
Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous process improvement
