Manufacturing Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Assistant to join our growing team. This hands-on position supports daily manufacturing and warehouse operations, helping ensure products are produced, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and values teamwork and safety.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with daily manufacturing and warehouse operations as needed.

· Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move materials and finished products safely and efficiently.

· Assist with production scheduling and workflow coordination.

· Performing manufacturing duties including machine operation, product packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.

· Accurately match work orders with customer orders to ensure quality and accuracy.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

· Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

· Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the workday.

· Forklift experience is required.

· Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Basic math skills for daily production and inventory tasks.

· Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

· Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

· Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record are required.
