What You'll Do:Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor adjustments
Identify and resolve production problems quickly
Perform basic mechanical maintenance and equipment checks
Maintain quality standards and production goals
Follow safety policies and procedures
Work closely with maintenance and production teams
What We're Looking For:Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred
Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
