Why This Role
- Stable 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday
- Overtime and some weekends as needed
- Clear pay by shift: $16.50 (1st), $17.50 (2nd), $18.50 (3rd)
Pick Your Shift
- 1st: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd: 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- 3rd: 11:00 PM – 9:30 AM
- Approximately 10-hour shifts; 40 hours per week
What You’ll Tackle
- Load and unload trailers with care and accuracy
- Manually handle boxes and freight; lift, carry, and stack as needed
- Assist with dock operations during inbound and outbound waves
- Sort, stage, and organize goods for efficient movement
- Follow safety rules and warehouse SOPs
- Keep your area clean and free of hazards
- Stay physically active throughout the shift
What You Need
- Ability to perform consistent, physical warehouse labor
- Comfort lifting and moving freight for extended periods
- Strong attendance and on-time record
- Availability to work Monday–Thursday as scheduled
Bonuses That Add Up
- $100 sign-on bonus after you complete 80 working hours (paid on the following check)
- $25 referral bonus for each hire who works 40 hoursyou must still be employed to qualify; unlimited referrals
