Sales Representative

The Role

We're looking for an experienced, self-driven Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and property owners, walk their projects, and close concrete jobs.

You'll be funneled high-intent, quality leads on a consistent basis. These are people who reached out to us and are ready to talk about their project. On top of those, you're expected to create your own outside leads and build your own pipeline. The best person for this role doesn't wait for the phone to ring.

What You'll Do

• Run on-site walkthroughs with customers and scope their projects
• Follow up quickly and consistently on every lead assigned to you
• Close sales and move signed customers into scheduling
• Prospect and generate your own outside leads through networking, referrals, builders, realtors, property managers and door-to-door outreach
• Represent Parish Concrete Contractors professionally in the field and in the community
• Keep your pipeline and customer notes up to date in our CRM
• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of field sales experience (required)
• A proven track record of closing in-person sales
• Self-motivated, with the drive to generate business on your own
• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable building trust face to face
• Organized, dependable and responsive with follow-up
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Construction, concrete or home improvement sales experience is a plus
