Upstate Logistics is hiring Delivery Associates for our Fountain Inn location!

We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service.

No previous delivery experience is required. Commercial driving, warehouse, courier, rideshare, or other driving experience is a plus. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

Delivery Associates safely and accurately deliver Amazon packages using a company-provided vehicle.

Routes may include approximately 200–350 packages and 70–180 stops per day, depending on route size and business needs. Drivers work independently throughout most of the day while staying organized, following delivery instructions, and communicating with dispatch when needed.

Schedule & Hours

Shift hours: 11:30 AM–9:00 PM, with some shifts ending at 9:30 PM.

Full-Time

• 4 days per week
• At least 1 weekend day is required

Part-Time

• Saturday and Sunday only
• Weekday availability is required for training

Schedules and shift end times may vary based on route completion and operational needs. Overtime may be available depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Complete required vehicle safety inspections
• Load and organize packages into your assigned vehicle
• Deliver packages to homes, businesses, apartments, and other designated locations
• Follow traffic laws, safe driving practices, and customer delivery instructions
• Handle packages carefully and securely
• Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate package scans and delivery statuses
• Take clear delivery photos when required
• Use company-provided devices and applications to navigate, scan packages, and communicate
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery van
• Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds
• Stay active throughout the shift and work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Communicate route issues or delays to dispatch and management
• Support teammates by completing rescues when requested
• Provide professional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be comfortable working independently and staying productive without direct supervision
• Be comfortable using smartphones and delivery technology
• Have strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Be organized, dependable, professional, and attentive to detail
• Maintain a strong focus on safety
• Be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 40 pounds
• Be comfortable frequently entering and exiting a delivery van
• Be willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Pass the required background check, driving record review, and drug screening
• Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Successfully complete required driving and road evaluations

Upstate Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner based 2 locations! Fountain Inn, South Carolina and Powdersville, South Carolina. Our drivers deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the communities we serve, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated people who enjoy staying active and working independently while being part of a supportive team. You’ll spend much of your day on the road, with dispatch available to help you work through questions and route challenges.
