Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or license (state credentials required)
- Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Proven experience providing psychological assessments and counseling for PreK-12 students
- Strong understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and present findings to IEP/504 teams
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs
- Provide consultative support to teachers and administrators on behavioral interventions and classroom strategies
- Participate in eligibility meetings, crisis intervention, and interventions for academic/behavioral concerns
- Develop and implement prevention programs to promote positive behavioral and emotional health
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
