Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and supplies for quality and quantity.
- Organize and store parts in designated locations for easy access.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill parts requests and orders.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and report on stock levels.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding inventory needs.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory management or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
