Licensed Insurance Agent

Insure Boost is growing, and we're looking for 4 licensed insurance agents to join our in-house sales team.

We want people who are motivated, competitive, and hungry to succeed.

You don't need 10 years of insurance experience. We'd rather have someone who's determined, coachable, and willing to put in the work than someone with years of experience who has lost their drive.

What you'll be selling:

Our primary focus is ACA Marketplace Plans, health indemnity plans/ACA alternatives, and ancillary insurance products such as dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage.

What You'll Do

• Sell health indemnity plans, ACA alternatives, and ancillary insurance products
• Speak with prospective clients by phone and in person
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Explain coverage benefits, exclusions, and limitations clearly
• Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline
• Build relationships with clients and identify additional coverage needs
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
• Participate in ongoing product training and sales coaching
• Maintain accurate records and follow insurance compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina health/life insurance producer license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making sales calls and speaking with prospective clients
• Ability to work full-time in our office
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on goals
• Strong follow-up skills and personal accountability

Preferred, but not required:

• Previous insurance sales experience
• Experience selling supplemental health, indemnity, or ACA alternative products
• Experience using a CRM or managing a sales pipeline
• FFM Certified
