Turner Bellows Inc. is currently recruiting a CNC Programmer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Capable of set up and operation of all machines necessary, including CNC Mills and CNC Lathe, to produce high precision metal and plastic parts made from aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper and Ultem, PEEK, Nylatron, and Acetron.
- CAM Programming experience required.
- Knowledge of all quality requirements including geometric dimensioning.
- Able to read blueprints and execute a plan to produce parts meeting quality and delivery requirements.
- Able to design and build jigs and fixtures for on floor needs.
- Must be able to work well with others and independently.
- Able to assemble components like bushings, Heli-coils, fasteners to finish requirements.
- Able to make parts from 1 piece to 500 pieces.
