RN Supervisor - Home Care

If you’re a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) with a knack for leadership, we’d love to have you on our team as a Personal Care Nursing Supervisor.

As a Personal Care Nursing Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and overseeing the delivery of personal care services to clients.
• Supporting and guiding caregivers in providing safe and effective care.
• Assessing clients’ needs and developing care plans tailored to their individual requirements.
• Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
• Communicating with families to provide updates and peace of mind.
• Assisting with physical tasks, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using transfer devices such as gait belts and hoyer lifts.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using transfer devices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
