Shipping Associates
Automation Personnel Services is looking forreliable and detail-orientedShipping Associatesfor a company based in Calera, Alabama.The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including occasional early starts and extended hours, as well as some Saturdays.
Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with occasional early starts at 6:00 AM and extended hours past 3:30 PM). Some Saturdaysrequired.
Shipping Associates-Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products for shipment.
- Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Operate shipping and receiving equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
Shipping AssociatesQualificationsandRequirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience is a must.
- Previous experience in shipping or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, extended hours, and occasional Saturdays.
