Job Title: Shift Manager – Charleys Cheesesteaks & Wings
Location: 3250 W Vine St, Kissimmee, FL 34741
Job Type: Full-time, 40 guaranteed hours per week
Pay: $16 – $18 per hour, with a raise after certification
Schedule: Set weekly schedule; store hours are 11 AM to 12 AM, including nights and weekends

Charleys Cheesesteaks & Wings serves cheesesteaks, wings, and fries cooked fresh in front of every guest. We’re a locally owned franchise looking for a dependable Shift Manager who wants to grow with us.
About the Role
You will run shifts and own the weekly operations that keep the store profitable. We’ll train you through the Charleys EVOLVE Shift Manager certification program, so restaurant management experience helps but isn’t required.
What You’ll Do
- Open and close the store, run shifts, and lead the team on the floor
- Build and post the weekly schedule, handling time-off and availability requests
- Complete the weekly inventory count on Sunday night and review food cost against target
- Plan and place weekly food and supply orders, then receive and check deliveries
- Review employee clock-ins, clock-outs, and breaks before payroll
- Manage cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules (fryer, toaster, coolers, freezer, and more)
- Handle Uber Eats and Grubhub order issues and credit card disputes
- Control labor and supply costs and flag billing errors
- Handle cash: tills, safe, cash drops, and bank deposit prep
- Enforce food safety standards, including temperature logs and sanitation checklists
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and quickly
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of restaurant or retail experience; supervisory experience is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable being responsible for cash and inventory
- Able to lead and coach a team calmly during busy rushes
- Comfortable using POS systems, apps, and basic spreadsheets
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Food Manager certification is a plus, or willing to obtain it
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
