• Must be tenured ...3+ years minimum experience as RestaurantArea Manager or District Manager
• Must have experience overseeing a restaurant market of 5 or more units
• Must have a track record of people development
• Must have a track record of controlling profitable P&L’s
• Must be fluent in driving sales...
• Must be a strong organizer and executer...
• Must have strong training skills in all areas of operations
• Must have a “lightening-rod” personality
• Must be willing to throw away the clipboard...and get involved in the game!
