Part-Time Lab Tech

Job Title: Part-Time Lab TechLocation: Montfort, WIType: ContractCompensation: $25/hourWork Model: OnsiteHours: Monday–Friday; 20 hours/week (4 hours/day); flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Perform moisture and fat testing using a CEM analyzer.
• Conduct pH testing using a standard laboratory pH meter.
• Prepare and ship laboratory samples.
• Follow established food manufacturing GMP requirements and laboratory procedures.
• Potentially cross-train in production operations as business needs allow.

Requirements

• HS Diploma, Associate degree, Bachelor degree, current student
• Lab experience
• Availability for 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Able to comply with food GMP and hygiene requirements.
