Join a modern CNC team in Blaine, MN
TekPro is hiring directly for a growth-focused precision manufacturer. We’re adding CNC Operators, Setup Machinists, and CNC Machinists who enjoy producing complex, high-precision parts in a clean, well-equipped facility.
The impact you’ll make
- Produce tight-tolerance components on CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment
- Execute setups, tooling changes, offsets, and part adjustments to hit spec
- Read and act on blueprints, engineering drawings, setup sheets, and work instructions
- Validate quality using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments
- Monitor cycles, troubleshoot issues, and keep production moving
- Coordinate with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet customer requirements
- Maintain a safe, neat, and efficient workstation
What we’re looking for
- Prior CNC machining experience in a precision environment
- Background with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machinery
- Setup capability strongly preferred for advanced machinist roles
- Comfortable reading prints and working with tolerances/GD&T principles
- Skilled with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges
- Able to perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Doosan, Okuma (or similar) is a plus
- 5-axis experience is a plus, not required
Schedules and premiums
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM (+10% premium)
- Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (+25% premium)
