Vending Machine Operator

Trinity Axis Inc., an early-stage company headquartered in Eagleville, Pennsylvania, is currently recruiting for a Vending Machine Operator. The Company creates hardware, software, and electronic solutions for smart vending machines. The Operator will be responsible for restocking vending machines, using company software to track inventory levels, and ensure machines are fully stocked and functional. The role includes product purchasing, procuring stock from wholesalers, and performing minor troubleshooting on vending machines as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Use company software to track inventory levels and restock machines based on real-time inventory data
• Purchase products when inventory is low and ensure consistent product availability
• Pick up products from wholesalers and stores for restocking
• Drive to and from vending machine locations for restocking and servicing
• Pre-kit and organize boxes of products to ensure efficient distribution and restocking of each vending machine
• Support and assist the assembly and install teams as needed

Skills & Experience Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid US driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Employee will be trained in any aspects they are unfamiliar with
