Job Description
Window World is seeking an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer for subcontractor opportunities in Baton Rouge, LA.
We are looking for a reliable, skilled installer who can lead installation crews, deliver high-quality workmanship, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential window and door installation projects.
- Manage installation crews and ensure quality workmanship.
- Complete installations safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience installing residential windows and doors.
- Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Must have current insurance coverage:
- General Liability Insurance
- Commercial Auto Insurance
- Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Must own a truck and trailer.
- Must provide necessary installation tools and equipment.
- Ability to manage installation projects independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Opportunities
- Potential gross subcontractor payments of $5,000–$10,000 per week, depending on completed installations and project availability.
- Up to $3,000 in bonus potential! Bonus payments are distributed in multiple increments based on the number of windows successfully installed and applicable bonus milestones.
- Consistent installation opportunities based on project demand.
