BMS TECHS

We are seeking BMS Techs to support building management system operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, service, installation, monitoring, and commissioning. This role reports to the Service Manager and Project Manager and maintains reliable system performance through effective alarm management and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform system installation and commissioning.
• Monitor building management systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service activities.
• Manage system alarms and support timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with building management systems.
• BAS or HVAC controls certification.
• Knowledge of building management systems and PLC programming.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with technical documentation.
