Join our team in a dynamic, dual role position that combines exceptional customer service with administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As the first point of contact for callers, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously. You will work to resolve questions efficiently, often in a single call, and use your knowledge of the organization to connect callers with the appropriate departments and resources. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the CFO, helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance department.
