We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to lead our team at Spring Creek Rehab in Murray, Kentucky. As the RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence among our team members. Your primary duties will include:

• Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to unit staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Patient Care: Coordinate patient care planning, staffing, and resources to meet patient needs and achieve desired outcomes.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, reduce readmissions, and improve overall patient outcomes.
• Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of unit staff.
• Operations Management: Oversee unit operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements
• Experience: 1+ year of experience as an RN Unit Manager or similar leadership role.
• Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky.
