Insurance Enrollment Data Specialist

Job Overview
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and time-sensitive paperwork? We are seeking an Insurance Enrollment Data Specialist to process insurance enrollment forms, update member coverage information, and help ensure records are accurate and complete.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with computers, reviewing information for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process insurance enrollment forms and enter new member enrollments into the system.
- Update member records for coverage changes and other enrollment-related transactions.
- Review forms for accuracy, completeness, and missing information.
- Contact clients to obtain missing details or clarify discrepancies.
- Handle sensitive, time-critical information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reconcile invoices and review information for discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
- Respond to questions and provide professional, helpful customer service.
- Learn and use industry-specific software programs to complete daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to review information carefully, identify errors, and follow up to resolve missing or incomplete details.
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Experience with insurance enrollment, benefits administration, data processing, billing, or invoice reconciliation is a plus.
Compensation & Position Details
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
