Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Make a Difference in the Lives of Our Residents!Calvin Community is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care!

ResponsibilitiesProvide quality nursing care to residents in Assisted Living and Assisted Living Memory Care.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and in accordance with applicable regulations and facility policies.
Monitor residents' health and recognize and report changes in condition.
Complete accurate and timely documentation of nursing care.
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Support residents' dignity, independence, safety, and overall well-being.
Collaborate with resident aides and other team members to ensure quality care.
Help maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for residents.
Current Iowa LPN or RN license in good standing.
Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Memory Care preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a commitment to resident-centered care.
Make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.
