Latin Fresh Market is thrilled to announce the grand opening of our Port Richey location on November 11th! We’re looking for skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Butchers. If you’re experienced, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Butcher at Latin Fresh Market, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing all cuts of meat with precision and expertise.
• Operating equipment such as band saws and grinders safely and efficiently.
• Utilizing your knife skills to prepare and portion products.
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations to meet hygiene standards.
• Restocking and cutting plates to ensure product availability.
• Receiving and properly storing merchandise to preserve freshness.
• Collaborating with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

We’re seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in butchery and the following skills:

• Proficiency in making all cuts of meat.
• Experience using a band saw and grinder.
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

This role may include overtime hours, so flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile are essential.
