Frank's Restaurant in Baton Rouge is hiring friendly, energetic Servers. We're a busy, full-service restaurant known for great food and genuine Southern hospitality.
What you'll do
- Greet guests warmly, present the menu and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them in the POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly and check back on guests
- Suggest appetizers, specials and desserts
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Keep your section and side stations clean and stocked
- Work as a team with hosts, bussers and the kitchen
- Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
What we're looking for
- Full-service serving experience preferred, though we'll train the right person
- 18 or older
- Strong customer service and the ability to stay calm during rushes
- Available weekends and holidays
- Able to stand and walk through long shifts and carry up to 25 lbs

You will be paid hourly of 2.20 plus ALL of your tips and gratuities. We do not share tips nor tip out!
