Location - Remote (35% travel requires) Production Solutions clients hire them on a contract consulting basis because they lack in-house engineering staff. Most work is brownfield: new lines, line enhancements and automation projects inside existing plants. Some greenfield work too, such as building a new warehouse and installing and commissioning all its equipment.
Must-haves- 5+ years of PM experience leading capital projects in a manufacturing environment. Realistically 7 to 10+; candidates near 5 get rejected often.
