Customer Sales Rental Agent

As a Rental Sales Agent, you'll guide customers through the rental process, recommend products and services that fit their needs, and deliver excellent service from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Open and close rental agreements while delivering personalized, high-quality customer service.
• Answer customer questions about charges, vehicle condition, directions, and other concerns.
• Recommend optional products, including protection coverage, GPS, fuel options, and vehicle upgrades.
• Prepare vehicles by washing, vacuuming, refueling, and detailing.
• Occasionally shuttle vehicles to and from nearby locations.
• Perform office duties, including answering phones, photocopying, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Support teammates by assisting other rental agents or nearby locations as needed.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated stable work history.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with general office equipment.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
