Job Details: Pay, Hours & Benefits

• Pay: $24–$25 per hour, depending on performance and eligibility for the higher rate

Job Responsibilities: Sales Representative & Product Demonstrator

As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you'll promote and demonstrate nutritional supplements and health and wellness products to Costco members.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-store product demonstrations and promotional sales events
• Approaching customers and engaging Costco members in conversations
• Explaining product features, benefits, and usage
• Answering customer questions and providing excellent customer service
• Promoting products and encouraging purchases through effective sales techniques
• Meeting sales goals and tracking daily sales performance
• Maintaining a professional, clean, and organized demonstration station
• Following company policies and Costco warehouse procedures

Qualifications: Retail Sales & Customer Service

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are interested in developing their sales skills.

Successful candidates should:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Feel comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations
• Be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Be motivated by sales targets and performance-based bonuses
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods
• Have reliable availability every Saturday and Sunday

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, direct sales, product demonstrations, promotional marketing, or brand ambassador jobs is a plus. A proven sales background is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also valuable.
