Maintenance Associate

we are looking for a dependable, hands on person to join our maintenance team. This position applies skill and trades for every aspect of maintaining an 320 unit condominium. It is a very robust job. it is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build practical skills and grow in the field.

Assistance with the routine building and equipment maintenance.

Help troubleshoot basic issues and complete minor repairs

Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized

Follow safety procedures and support the maintenance team

Understand and work with snow removal equipment

To qualify

Be reliable, willing to learn and comfortable with hand on work, lift 50 pounds

Basic mechanical experience

Able to follow instructions and work well with a team

Must have valid driver's license, SSN and an all wheel auto

Sugar Top Resort Condominium is a 320 unit building atop Sugar Mountain, NC it is stewarded by a BOD and is multifunctional. There is a heavy vacation rental presence. you will report to the maintenance supervisor
