Job type – 12 months contract with possible extension

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-conscious Machine Operator to support a high-volume manufacturing operation involving robotic plastic injection molding machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating multiple machines, inspecting and packaging finished products, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor 1–5 robotic plastic injection molding machines simultaneously.
• Perform visual inspections of plastic components to ensure product quality.
• Package finished parts and inspect packaging materials for quality and accuracy.
• Operate automated loading and assembly machines.
• Identify, document, and report product defects or quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow established work instructions.
• Comply with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

Required Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle small or delicate components carefully.
• Commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and accurate recordkeeping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation.
• Experience with plastic injection molding or automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
