The Opportunity
Drive high-impact commercial interior buildouts and office renovations across South Florida while taking full operational and financial ownership of your projects. At G3 Construction Inc., you will work directly with executive leadership, shaping our processes and leading projects from initial estimate through final closeout. How You Will Make an Impact
- Manage all phases of commercial interior projects from initial estimating, buyout, and scheduling through final closeout.
- Direct job cost accounting, change orders, and monthly billing to maintain project profitability and eliminate budget gaps.
- Partner closely with project superintendents to review daily logs, manage trade schedules, and resolve site challenges proactively.
- Maintain regular, transparent communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors to build lasting professional relationships.
- Utilize Procore, Excel, and scheduling software daily to keep project documentation, contracts, and submittals organized and up to date.
- Lead project trade buyouts and negotiate subcontractor agreements to secure quality execution on tight timelines.
- Embody company core values by making ethical decisions, honoring commitments, and solving problems independently.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of interior commercial construction project management experience.
- Proven track record managing commercial interior buildouts, office renovations, and work within occupied buildings.
- Deep understanding of project financial management, including buyouts, scheduling, job cost tracking, and change order negotiation.
- Hands-on proficiency using Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining strict attention to detail and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience leading difficult conversations professionally.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 7 or more years of proven experience in interior commercial general contracting.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Extensive established relationships with South Florida commercial subcontractors and trade partners.
- Advanced expertise in architectural drawing reviews and proactive field gap identification.
