Complete accurate documentation for resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
Conduct daily rounds and respond promptly to residents’ needs
Help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and supportive environment
Collaborate with the care team to support each resident’s health, dignity, and well-being
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
A passion for senior care and a commitment to resident-centered service
Knowledge of healthcare procedures, safety standards, and infection control practices
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
